We actually realized that we hadn’t taken any photos of the ring right after we dropped it off at the jeweler to be resized on Saturday.

The link to Kim’s post works fine for me, from a couple different systems.  Probably your company’s firewall blocks websites running on non-standard ports (which is probably because your network administrator is paranoid and/or clueless, sadly).
