I found out that the audio skips during the first second or two of a song, 
*sometimes*, when you use the play-random-album key, and almost all the time 
when you use the skip-forward/backwards-in-playlist keys.  So I undid the 
changes in the previous version ("copies-next-track-to-ramdisk-while-
currentsong-is-playing"), but it still skips sometimes. AARRRRGGGHHHH.

I'm currently passing the --noramdisk option via the startup.sh script, and 
that reduces the problem somewhat.  Of course, the whole point of using the 
ramdisk was that the songs sometimes skip (and not necessarily just during the 
first 2 seconds) when playing them from the hard disk.  But I haven't tried 
playing without the ramdisk since I got this new motherboard/CPU so we'll see 
how it goes.
