Vegetables

So I’ve been sort of worried for the past year or so, realizing that I never eat any vegetables like broccoli, green beans, etc... and figuring that that can’t be good, and something bad is just bound to happen. But you know what, lettuce is a vegetable, a green one no less, and I eat salad all the time -- a giant meal-sized salad 3 or 4 times a week. So that’s how I manage to stay so healthy all the time!

Just be sure to stay away from the iceberg lettuce. It has virtually no nutritional value.  Red and green leaf and romaine are where it’s at.  Salads rock and are what most of my veggie intake consists of.

Wow, that’s awesome! I can’t believe how powerful salad is.

As far as the variety... I usually eat the Dole pre-mixed "European" kind, which does have iceburg, but also romaine, and other random little planty things.
