Jake Porter...

I don’t know if any of you are football fans, or even sports fans, but this story really touched me, I cried reading it.... me... who hasn’t cried since the last time he had a girlfriend break up with him (also the last time i had a girlfriend, but thats a lil besides the point... Anyways, the story is as such, Jake Porter ... well, I will just quote a lil bit from the site...
