Viewing the contents of a folder

If someone tells you to open the folder c:\mp3, how would you do it?  There are numerous ways to go about it.  Here are a few:

1. Get to your Windows desktop, double-click "My Computer", double-click the drive with a "c:" in its name, and then double-click on the folder you want.

2. Click the Start menu, choose "Run", then type the path of the folder you want (for example, c:\My Documents).

3. Get to your Windows desktop, right-click on "My Computer", choose "Explore".  Then, in the left section of the window, click the drive you want; its contents will show in the right section of the window.  That's how Windows Explorer works: you click any drive or folder in the left section, and its contents (files and subfolders) show up in the right section.  You can click the plus/minus sign next to each drive or folder to show its subfolders.

- If you have a Windows key (it will probably be between the Ctrl and Alt keys in the lower-left corner of your keyboard), hold it and press "e" to open Windows Explorer.
