In my help pages, I will assume little experience with computers, in order to accommodate those who are new to downloading files, or new to the way files are stored on a computer's hard drive, etc.

I will also assume you're using some version of Microsoft Windows.

Note that you can keep this (or any) window open while you're doing whatever it is that you need help with, and you can switch between the 2 windows by holding the Alt key and pressing the Tab key.  Alternately, you can print a help page and refer to it that way.
