Who makes intercession?
The Catholic cult teaches that the "saints"/priests/Mary/[insert other idols here] make intercession for us with God and/or with Jesus. This teaching, like 99% of Catholic doctrine, is a lie. God tells us who our intercessor is:
Isaiah 53: 12
...he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors;
and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
Romans 8: 34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again,
who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
1 Timothy 2: 5
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
Hebrews 12: 24
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling,
that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
Hebrews 7: 22,25
By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament... Wherefore he is able
also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to
make intercession for them.
Romans 8: 27
And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because
he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. (Note that
all Christians are saints and that God is the searcher of
hearts according to 1 Chr 28:9, Psalm 7:9, Jeremiah 17:10, etc.)
