When you first create a gravatar account and upload your image, they have to review it and give it a rating (G, PG, R, etc), and this sometimes takes a day or two.  They should have sent you an email explaining that, and they’ll send you another one when they’ve reviewed your image.

You’re posting here using your tasha@ppappraisals.com email address.  If that’s the same address you used to sign up for the gravatar, then it should be showing up now or soon.
