NEW GOVERNOR

We have a very charismatic new governor.  I am hoping he knows how to play chess with the radicals in Sacramento.  I am also hoping a lot of what he said prior to the election was just political posturing.  If anyone can effect change, I think it is someone like him.  He really has the people behind him.  It would have been great if McClintock had won.  He is a very powerful and honorable man but I feel like the radicals would have beat him up pretty bad.  Hopefully Arnold keeps them running scared.  I can say that right now, this is not a very family friendly state.

I still can’t believe that Terminator and Kindergarten Cop is your governor.  But anyway, Schwarzenegger has said he’s pro-homosexual, pro-abortion, and pro-gun-control, none of which are family friendly policies  :(  So yeah, it’d be nice if some of that isn’t so...

Well, like it or not, he is the new gov.  You are aware of what the old gov. was like, right?  Just like Gray Davis, our church will be praying for Arnold as he goes about his governor duties.

Funny thing, my kids and I remembered to pray for the last two nights for Gray Davis.  Think about it; everybody saying you are a bum and that they are going to vote to fire you from a very public position.  As they say in sports, "thats gotta hurt."  It was a given that he was going to be recalled.  So my kids and I were praying that he makes it through this and finds Jesus.
