It’s gonna take me a while to save up $109,000 for a Tesla.  In the meantime, I may have to make do with an Aptera 2e, due out in October for around $35,000:

From AutoBlogGreen: Five electric cars you can buy in 2009.  The Tesla and the 2e make the list; then there’s a sweet all-electric Mini Cooper but it’s lease-only with a very limited production run and a cost of $850/mo; the remaining 2 cars are just ugly.
