President pledges 'accountable' government that cuts down on wasteful spending

This statement, immediately after railroading us with the largest wasteful spending bill in history, is simply insulting.

Speaking of telling lies about accountable government, here’s some more change we can believe in dream about: Obama will fight earmarks next year.

USA Today apparently renamed the article to "Budget chief: ’Economy is weak’" after they first published it, but by Googling it you can see lots of blogs and news aggregators that got the original title.
